Endurall, Inc. was formed in 2004 after acquiring Down Hole Enterprises. "DHE" was a small manufacturer with a good product ~ the ENDURANCE ROD GUIDE. The new owners, realizing the great potential of this product made numerous changes that allowed the ENDURANCE brand to grow like never before. We introduced much needed upgrades to the fabrication techniques resulting in consistent, higher quality parts. A scrap reclamation plant (granulators/pulverizers) was added. Today, standard processes and procedures are in place and strategic partnerships with new vendors & manufacturer's sales reps make Endurall the premier manufacturer of polyethylene rod guides in the United States.
At Endurall, we control the quality of our parts, START to FINISH. We manage all aspects of the manufacturing process, from the production of the raw material (plastic rod) to the fabrication of the finished parts (rod guides). Stringent quality controls ensure the highest quality rod guides in the industry. ENDURANCE rod guides are manufactured using Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMW-PE). We partner with industry leaders, like Artek, Inc. to deliver consistent, high quality rod stock, used in the manufacturing of our rod guides. Artek has been providing dependable quality, reliable support and faithful service to their plastics partners for 30 years.
What is Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene? In simple terms, UHMW-PE is a tough, super-slick plastic with very high chemical resistance to acids, alkalis and corrosive gases. It's "slicker" than teflon and wears better than stainless steel!
